The Incubation Factory is expanding our team by adding Business Development Executives. This unique opportunity has an initial responsibility of identifying new technologies to bring into our company’s portfolio, while offering a progressive career path to management and company leadership. From the outset, this position maintains an equity position in each of the technologies brought to market. A candidate’s qualifications include;

• Possess a strong track record of licensing technologies
  
• A passion for assisting technologies cross “The Valley of Death” to successful Commercialization
  
• Master’s Degree in Business (preferred)
  
• Over three years experience in patenting, licensing and commercializing technologies
  
• Possesses a multitude of contacts in the technology transfer space
  
• Experience with Patent Protected Technology and License Agreements
  
• Experience in conducting market research using secondary data sources
  
• Possesses keen analytical skills
  
• Experience with contract negotiation
  
• Professional with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, project management, basic computing and writing skills
