Commercialization Screening Tool which follows the Seven P’s of Business,
(Product, Pricing, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Profits). Our
Opportunity Screening Form is used to provide the basis for a more
in-depth analysis. These questions are completed to evaluate an offering
for potential commercialization with TIF. Our ideal technology criteria
are defined as;
- Technologies with potential to be Business to Business Products/Services
- Technologies ready, or near ready for Commercialization
- Technologies with a defined market and/or target market niches
- Technologies possessing specific “Barriers to Entry”
- Technologies with an attractive Risk/Reward Model
